Supplied with your technical documentation, our engineering department will help you determine which test platform is best suited to your product’s complexity and production volume.
We use a variety of standard and custom test equipment. The centerpiece is the Agilent (HP) 3070 platform offering a wide array of testing capabilities, such as finding shorts, opens, missing or misplaced parts, and detecting analog and digital component failures.
JTAG Boundary Scan testing provides the ability to comprehensively test high density circuit boards, double-sided designs, and boards which use fine pitch and BGA devices.

The signature 1100R bench-top cable and harness tester allows us to thoroughly test all aspects of your cables and harnesses. With a resistance range from .005 to 100k ohms we can truly verify the quality of your connections.   

Our engineering department will also design any fixtures required and will develop the software for testing your assemblies.
